The Congress Office has secured competitive rates for delegates at selected hotels in Singapore to suit a range of budgets and preferences.

 

Rooms can be booked up until June 8, 2018. After this date bookings are subject to availability.

 

To secure an accommodation booking, please fill out the respective booking form and return the form to the respective hotel OR book via the links provided by the hotels. The hotel may charge the one nights deposit at 30 days prior to the congress start or at check in.

Room rates quoted are inclusive of breakfast and Internet access and are for either one or two adults per room. Additional guests may incur an additional charge.

 

The above rates are in Singaporean dollars and exclude the Singaporean Goods and Services Tax (GST).

 

Rates may increase without notice due to changes in government charges, taxes or levies.

 

Payment

The hotel may charge a one night’s deposit at 30 days prior to the Congress start or at check in. Delegates must settle the balance of their account and any incidentals upon check out. The deposit for the first night is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled on or after June 8, 2018, or if you do not arrive on the date specified in your booking.

 

The rates per room per night are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or service charge, which are charged by the hotel on checkout. The hotels may charge you a surcharge for credit card transaction fees.

 

The credit card details will also be used to pay for all room nights if you cancel within 15 days or do not show up.

 

Cancellation Policy

One nights’ deposit will be deducted from the credit card provided if the reservation is cancelled on or after June 8, 2018.

 

Please Note: 15 – 0 days prior to your arrival date, all rooms cancelled will incur 100% cancellation fee of all rooms cancelled for each night cancelled. Any no shows will be charged at the full accommodation rate for the duration of the booking. That is, all nights for all rooms booked will be charged directly by the hotel to the credit card provided at the full accommodation rate for the duration of the booking.

 

Early/Late Arrival

Most hotels allow you to check in from 2pm. If you wish to check in earlier, additional charges will apply. If you will be arriving after 6pm, please notify the hotel. Failure to advise late arrival may result in your room being released.

 

Change of Booking

Changes to bookings must be directed to the hotel.
